Pauser(以下简称"我们"或"本应用")深知个人信息对你的重要性。本应用遵循数据最小化、离线优先原则设计,本政策以清晰、透明的方式向你说明:我们收集什么、不收集什么、数据如何存放在你的设备上、你的权利。 Pauser ("we" or "the App") takes your personal information seriously. The App is designed around a data-minimization, on-device-first principle, and this policy explains in plain language what we collect, what we don't, how data lives on your device, and the rights you have.
- 我们不收集任何可识别你个人的信息(无账号、无邮箱、无设备 ID)We don't collect any information that identifies you personally — no account, no email, no device ID.
- 你的所有数据只存储在本机,不发送到任何外部服务器All of your data lives on your device only and is never sent to any external server.
- 我们不出售你的数据,不进行广告推送,不接入任何第三方分析We never sell your data, run any ads, or use any third-party analytics.
- App 卸载即清除全部本地数据;你也可以在「设置 → 清除所有数据」中手动删除Uninstalling the App deletes all local data; you can also wipe everything from Settings → Clear All Data.
一、本应用不收集的信息1. Information We Do NOT Collect
为了透明起见,以下列出我们明确不收集的信息类别: For full transparency, the App explicitly does not collect any of the following categories of information:
- 账号信息Account information: 不收集邮箱、密码、Apple ID、用户名no email, password, Apple ID, or username.
- 设备标识Device identifiers: 不收集 IDFA、IDFV、设备序列号、MAC 地址no IDFA, IDFV, device serial number, or MAC address.
- 网络通信Network communication: 本应用不发起任何网络请求。整个应用完全离线运行,没有任何 analytics、SDK、远程日志、错误上报the App makes no network requests at all. It runs fully offline, with no analytics SDK, no remote logging, no crash reporting.
- 位置信息Location information: 不收集 GPS、IP 定位no GPS data, no IP-based geolocation.
- 相册/相机/麦克风Photos / Camera / Microphone: 不请求这些权限,也不读取任何媒体these permissions are never requested and no media is accessed.
- 通讯录/日历/提醒事项Contacts / Calendar / Reminders: 不请求这些权限these permissions are never requested.
- 健康数据Health data: 不读取 HealthKitHealthKit is never read.
- 键盘/输入法数据Keyboard / input data: 不收集not collected.
二、本应用收集的信息(全部仅在本机存储)2. Information the App Stores (On-Device Only)
2.1 守护选择(用户主动提供)2.1 Guard selections (you provide these)
- 你在 iOS 系统选择器中勾选的应用(由 Apple 返回的匿名 token 标识,不包含应用的真实可读名称)。仅用于在系统层面对选中应用施加遮罩。The apps you tick in the iOS system picker, identified by the anonymous tokens Apple returns. These never contain the apps' readable names and are used only to apply the system shield.
- 每个选中应用的默认守护时长(1/3/5/10/20 分钟)和临时通行时长偏好Each guarded app's default guard duration (1/3/5/10/20 minutes) and timed-pass preference.
2.2 使用与停留记录(本机统计)2.2 Pause and intervention records (on-device statistics)
- 每次你被遮罩拦截的事件(日期、时间、被拦截的应用 token)Every shield event (date, time, the anonymous token of the app that was blocked).
- 每次拦截后你选择的意图(回消息、查东西、想放松、手滑打开)The intent you picked after each pause (replying to a message, looking something up, taking a break, opened it by accident).
- 每次临时通行的开始时间、时长、是否按时返回The start time, length, and whether you came back when each timed pass expired.
- 历史累计的「已为你省下 X 分钟」「主动停下 X 次」等聚合统计Aggregate roll-ups such as "minutes saved" and "times you chose not to open".
以上数据仅用于:This data is used only to:
- 在应用内展示你本人的统计(首页、今日卡片、月历)render your personal stats inside the App (home screen, today's card, monthly calendar);
- 改进默认守护时长(完全在本机完成,不上传)refine default guard durations (entirely on-device, never uploaded).
2.3 替代行动文本(可选,用户主动提供)2.3 "Do-something-else" suggestions (optional, you provide these)
- 首版使用预设替代行动文本,不收集任何用户自定义文本The first release ships with preset suggestions and does not collect any user-authored text.
- 未来如果开放自定义功能,会在该功能开启前再次征求你的同意If a custom-text feature is added later, we'll ask for your consent before turning it on.
三、设备权限3. Device Permissions
3.1 Family Controls(屏幕使用时间)— 核心必需3.1 Family Controls (Screen Time) — required
- 用于在系统层面对选中应用施加系统级遮罩Used to apply the system-level shield to the apps you select.
- 你随时可以在 iOS「设置 → 屏幕使用时间」中撤销授权 — 撤销后本应用将立即停止守护(不再弹出任何遮罩),本地数据保留供你查看历史You can revoke this at any time in iOS Settings → Screen Time. Once revoked, the App stops guarding immediately (no more shields); on-device history is preserved so you can still look back at past records.
- 我们仅获取"是否已授权"和"用户选择的 token 集合",不获取其他系统权限We only access "is authorized" and the set of tokens you selected. No other system permissions are involved.
3.2 本地通知 — 可选3.2 Local notifications — optional
- 用于在临时通行到期时发出本地通知Used to deliver a local notification when a timed pass expires.
- 你可以随时在 iOS「设置 → 通知 → Pauser」中关闭You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pauser.
- 关闭后到期不会有通知,但守护功能本身不受影响Disabling notifications does not affect the guard itself.
四、数据存储与删除4. Storage & Deletion
4.1 存储位置4.1 Where data lives
- 所有数据通过 iOS App Group(
group.com.Pauser.Pauser)在主 App 与扩展之间共享All data is shared between the main App and its extensions via an iOS App Group (group.com.Pauser.Pauser). - 底层存储:
UserDefaults(轻量配置与统计)和SwiftData(关系型数据,未来版本可能使用)Underlying storage:UserDefaultsfor lightweight preferences and stats;SwiftDatafor relational data (may be introduced in a future release). - 所有数据均驻留在你的 iOS 设备本地,Apple 通过 iOS 系统级加密保护All data is kept locally on your iOS device and protected by Apple's system-level encryption.
4.2 数据删除4.2 Deleting your data
你可以通过以下方式删除全部本地数据: You can delete all local data in either of these ways:
- 在应用内「设置 → 清除所有数据」(二次确认弹窗后立即执行)In-app: Settings → Clear All Data (runs immediately after a second confirmation).
- 卸载本应用(App 卸载会同时清除 App Group 中的全部数据)Uninstall the App — uninstalling also wipes everything in the App Group.
由于数据从未上传到任何服务器,我们无法也无法主动恢复已被你删除的数据。 Because the data never leaves your device, we cannot — and have no way to — restore anything you've deleted.
4.3 数据备份4.3 Backups
本应用数据仅存在于 iOS 设备本地,不会被包含在 iCloud 备份中(因未启用 CloudKit)。如果你更换设备,本地数据不会自动迁移。 App data is stored only on the iOS device and is not included in iCloud backups (CloudKit is not enabled). If you switch devices, your local data does not migrate automatically.
五、第三方 SDK 与服务5. Third-Party SDKs & Services
本应用不集成任何第三方 SDK。具体而言: The App does not integrate any third-party SDK. Specifically:
- 不接入 Firebase / Google Analytics / Crashlytics 等任何分析 SDKno analytics SDK such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or Crashlytics;
- 不接入 Facebook / 字节跳动 / 腾讯 / 阿里 等任何广告或归因 SDKno advertising or attribution SDK from Facebook, ByteDance, Tencent, Alibaba, or anyone else;
- 不接入 RevenueCat / Stripe / 内购以外的任何支付 SDKno payment SDK other than Apple's in-app purchase (no RevenueCat, Stripe, or third-party processor);
- 不接入任何推送 SDK(本地通知由 iOS 系统提供)no push SDK — local notifications are provided by iOS itself.
六、未成年人保护6. Minors
本应用设计为个人自律工具,不含未成年人定向内容。但请注意: The App is a personal self-regulation tool and contains no content directed at minors. A few notes:
- iOS 的 Family Controls 能力本身可以由家长设置用于管理未成年人的设备使用 — 这是 Apple 提供的家长控制能力,本应用不参与此管理iOS Family Controls can be used by parents to manage a child's device. The App is not involved in any such parental configuration.
- 本应用不是家长控制或未成年人监控产品,不应被用于此类目的The App is not a parental-control or minor-monitoring product and should not be used for that purpose.
- 本应用不收集年龄信息,如果你未满 14 周岁,请在监护人同意下使用The App does not collect age. If you are under 14, please use the App only with a guardian's consent.
七、你的权利7. Your Rights
由于本应用不收集任何可识别你个人的信息,传统的"访问、更正、删除、撤回同意"等权利在你端即直接实现: Because the App doesn't collect any personally identifiable information, the usual rights — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent — are exercised entirely on your side:
- 访问权Access: 你打开应用即可访问你全部本地数据just open the App — all of your local data is visible to you there.
- 更正权Correction: 你直接修改系统选择器中的勾选即更正了守护选择change your selections in the system picker to correct your guard set.
- 删除权Deletion: 「设置 → 清除所有数据」或卸载 Appuse Settings → Clear All Data, or uninstall the App.
- 撤回同意Withdraw consent: 在 iOS「设置 → 屏幕使用时间」中撤销 Family Controls 授权revoke Family Controls in iOS Settings → Screen Time.

八、政策的变更8. Changes to This Policy
我们可能根据产品迭代或法律变化更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内通知或本页面顶部公告标注。继续使用本应用即视为接受变更后的政策。 We may update this policy as the product evolves or to reflect legal changes. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice or at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
九、跨境传输9. International Data Transfers
由于本应用不收集任何数据且不发起任何网络请求,不存在个人信息跨境传输的问题。 Because the App collects no data and makes no network requests, no personal information is transferred across borders.
