本用户协议(以下简称"本协议")是你(以下简称"用户")与开发者(以下简称"我们")之间关于使用 Pauser(以下简称"本应用")的法律协议。请仔细阅读并充分理解本协议全部条款后再开始使用。一旦你下载、安装或使用本应用,即视为你已知悉并同意本协议全部内容。 These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") form a legal agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and the developer ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Pauser (the "App"). Please read this Agreement carefully and make sure you understand every clause before you start using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
一、关于本应用1. About the App
Pauser 是一款 iOS 上的个人防沉迷工具,核心功能是: Pauser is a personal screen-time tool for iOS. Its core purpose is to:
- 让用户选择想要被守护的应用(例如抖音、小红书、Instagram、YouTube Shorts 等)let you pick which apps you want to guard (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, or anything that grabs you);
- 当用户在选中应用上累积使用达到约 3 分钟时,通过 iOS 屏幕使用时间(DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings)系统能力弹出系统级遮罩,提示用户停下来after about three minutes of cumulative use, surface a system-level pause through Apple's Screen Time (DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings) so you can decide whether to keep going;
- 提供临时通行(5 / 10 分钟)、替代行动、自定义守护时长等辅助功能offer optional 5 / 10 minute timed passes, "do-something-else" suggestions, and adjustable guard durations.

二、许可与限制2. License & Restrictions
2.1 许可2.1 License
我们授予你一项非独占、不可转让的个人使用许可,允许你按照本协议在你的个人 iOS 设备上安装和使用本应用。 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal iOS devices in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 限制2.2 Restrictions
你不得:You agree not to:
- 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编(适用法律明确允许的除外)reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
- 修改、本地化或基于本应用创建衍生作品modify, localize, or create derivative works based on the App;
- 将本应用用于任何商业用途,或将其出租、出借、再分发use the App for any commercial purpose, or rent, lend, or redistribute it;
- 移除、隐藏或修改本应用中的任何版权、商标或其他所有权声明remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App;
- 使用本应用从事违反适用法律的活动use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
三、设备权限3. Device Permissions
本应用会请求以下 iOS 系统权限,你可以随时在 iOS「设置 → 屏幕使用时间」中撤销: The App requests the following iOS system permissions. You can revoke them at any time under iOS Settings → Screen Time:
- Family Controls(屏幕使用时间)Family Controls (Screen Time): 核心功能必需,用于对用户选中的应用施加系统级遮罩。撤销后本应用将无法提供守护功能。Required for the App's core function. Used to apply the system-level shield to apps you select. Revoking this permission will disable the guard.
- 本地通知Local notifications: 用于在临时通行到期时发出"时间到"的本地提醒。Used to deliver the local "time's up" reminder when a timed pass ends. 不用于任何营销或推送。Not used for marketing or push messaging of any kind.
本应用不请求以下权限,也不会使用: The App does not request or use the following permissions:
- 相册、相机、麦克风、通讯录、健康数据、位置等Photos, Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Health, Location, or any other iOS permission category not listed above;
- 网络通信 — 本应用完全离线运行,不发送任何数据到外部服务器Network access — the App runs fully offline and makes no requests to external servers.
四、数据与隐私4. Data & Privacy
本应用遵循数据最小化原则: The App follows a data-minimization principle:
- 所有用户数据(守护选择、临时使用统计、停留记录)均只存储在用户本机(通过 App Group 在主 App 与扩展之间共享),不发送到任何外部服务器All user data (guard selections, timed-pass stats, intervention records) is stored on your device only (shared between the main App and its extensions via App Group) and is never uploaded to any external server;
- 我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、设备标识符、IP 地址等任何可识别信息we do not collect your name, email, device identifiers, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information;
- 我们不出售、不分享、不基于你的数据进行任何形式的广告推送we do not sell, share, or use your data to deliver advertising in any form;
- App 卸载即删除全部本地数据;你也可以在「设置 → 清除所有数据」中手动删除uninstalling the App deletes all local data; you can also wipe everything manually from Settings → Clear All Data.

五、订阅与付费(可选)5. Subscriptions & Paid Features (Optional)
本应用可能提供可选的订阅服务(例如月度、年度、永久买断),用于解锁高级功能。该功能的具体定价、自动续费规则、退订方式以 App Store 应用内说明为准,并适用 Apple 的标准订阅条款(EULA)。 The App may offer optional subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and a one-time lifetime purchase) that unlock additional features. Pricing, auto-renewal terms, and how to cancel are shown in the App's in-app purchase sheet and governed by Apple's standard subscription terms (EULA).
- 订阅将在当前周期结束时自动续费,可随时在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中取消Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle and can be cancelled at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions;
- 取消后将保留当前周期已购的服务,周期结束后不再扣费cancellation keeps your access through the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not be charged again;
- 应用内提供「恢复购买」入口,可在更换设备后恢复已购订阅an in-app "Restore Purchases" button lets you restore prior purchases on a new device.
六、免责声明6. Disclaimer
在适用法律允许的最大范围内: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- 本应用按"现状"提供,不对特定适用性、可靠性、不中断性作出任何明示或暗示的保证the App is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted availability;
- iOS 系统对 Family Controls 的限制(例如应用内页面识别)会导致本应用对部分应用只能施加应用级遮罩,而非内容级拦截 — 这是 iOS 公开能力的边界,不是本应用的缺陷limitations of iOS Family Controls (e.g. the inability to recognize in-app pages) mean the App can apply an app-wide shield but cannot selectively block content inside another app. This is a boundary of the iOS public APIs, not a defect of the App;
- 你理解并同意,使用本应用所产生的任何直接或间接后果(包括但不限于时间安排变化、注意力变化),由你自行承担you understand and agree that any direct or indirect consequences of using the App (including, without limitation, changes to your schedule or attention) are your sole responsibility.
七、责任限制7. Limitation of Liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内,无论基于何种法律理论,我们对任何间接的、偶然的、特殊的、惩罚性的或后果性的损害不承担责任,即使已被告知该损害的可能性。 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
八、协议变更8. Changes to This Agreement
我们可能根据产品迭代或法律变更更新本协议。重大变更将通过应用内通知或本页面顶部公告。继续使用本应用即视为接受变更后的协议。 We may update this Agreement as the product evolves or to reflect legal changes. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice or at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
九、终止9. Termination
你可以通过删除本应用随时终止本协议。我们保留在以下情况下暂停或终止你使用本应用的权利:违反本协议、滥用本应用、或法律要求。 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, misuse the App, or are required to do so by law.
十、适用法律与争议解决10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
本协议适用中华人民共和国(为本协议之目的不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区)法律。因本协议引起的争议,双方应首先友好协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方有权将争议提交至我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the Hong Kong SAR, the Macau SAR, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at our domicile.
